Yebo Now Terms of service
Updated September 09, 2026
Country version: South Africa
What’s covered in these terms
These terms reflect the way Yebo Now’s business works, the laws that apply to our company, and certain things we’ve always believed to be true. As a result, these Terms of Service help define our relationship with you as you interact with our platform.
Understanding these terms is important because, by accessing or using our services, you’re agreeing to these terms.
Besides these terms, we also publish a Privacy Policy. Although it’s not part of these terms, we encourage you to read it to better understand how you can update, manage, and delete your information
Service provider
Yebo Now services are provided by, and you’re contracting with:
Yebo Now (Pty) Ltd
2021/735024/07
organized and operating under the laws of the Republic of South Africa
169 Oxford Road Rosebank Johannesburg, 2196 South Africa
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. When you agree to these terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to understand and accept this responsibility.
Your relationship with Yebo now
These terms help define the relationship between you and Yebo Now. Broadly speaking, we give you permission to access and use our services if you agree to follow these terms.
When we speak of “we,” “us,” and “our,” we mean Yebo Now (Pty) Ltd. When we say “you,” we mean you, the user interacting with our services.
What you can expect from us
Our services are designed to work together, making it easier for you to move from one activity to the next
We provide a broad range of services that are subject to these terms, including:
apps and sites (like Yebo Life and Heroes)
platforms (like Yebo Now for merchants & shopping)
Understanding our role
While we build the technology to make these connections happen, it is important to understand where our services end. Our platforms enable you to arrange and schedule logistics and other services with independent third-party providers, including those under agreement with Yebo Now or our affiliates.
Unless we have a separate written agreement with you, our services are made available solely for your personal, noncommercial use.
We do not set the prices, prepare the food, manufacture the goods, provide the physical logistics, or host the workshops, classes, and events you book.
The merchants, service businesses, and logistics providers you interact with are independent third parties, not Yebo Now employees. When you place an order or book an appointment, your agreement is directly with them—we simply provide the software that brings everyone together.
What we expect from you
Follow these terms and service specific additional terms
The permission we give you to access and use our services continues as long as you comply with:
these terms
service-specific additional terms
We also make various policies, help centers, and other resources available to you to answer common questions and to set expectations about using our services. These resources include our Privacy Policy, Help Center, and other pages accessible from our policies site.
Finally, we may provide specific instructions and warnings within our services – such as dialog boxes that alert you to important information.
Although we give you permission to use our services, we retain any intellectual property rights we have in the services.
We want the Yebo Now platforms to be safe, reliable, and welcoming for everyone. By using our services, you agree to follow these basic rules:
Basic requirements and authority
You must be at least 18 years old to use our platforms. We ask that the information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and complete. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these terms and share information on their behalf.
Respect others
Our community relies on mutual respect. You agree to treat all users, merchants, businesses, and logistics providers respectfully. You must not engage in behavior or upload content that is harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, racist, or sexist.
Protect our platforms
To keep things running smoothly, please don’t interfere with how our services work. You agree not to send spam, distribute viruses, or use any software or routine that disrupts, alters, or harms our platforms. You also agree to use our platforms only for their intended purposes, not for unauthorized commercial activities.
Respect intellectual property and privacy
You must lawfully possess any information you submit to us. You agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy of others, meaning you won’t post or distribute content that you do not own or have the right to share.
Obey the law
You must use our services lawfully. You agree not to use our platforms to perform or encourage any illegal activities, including financial crimes or money laundering. You also agree not to assist any third party in breaking these rules.
Export Controls and Sanctions
You must comply with all applicable local and international export control and trade sanctions laws. You warrant that you are not located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction and are not listed on any government restricted-party lists. You may not use our platform to process transactions or move capital on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities.
Taking action in case of problems
If you violate these expectations, we consider it a material breach of these terms. In such cases, we may take action to protect our community, which can include immediately suspending or terminating your access to our services, reporting your actions to the appropriate authorities, or taking legal action. By submitting information to the platform, you also agree to protect (indemnify) Yebo Now against any third-party claims that arise from the data you share.
Our brands and affiliates
Our services, including logistics, delivery, and marketplace requests, may be made available to you under various Yebo Now brands, apps, and request options. This includes, but is not limited to, our logistics and delivery brands (such as Heroes) as well as our broader consumer and merchant platforms (such as Yebo Life and Yebo Now)
You acknowledge that the services under these brands and request options may be provided directly by us, by our various subsidiaries and affiliates, or by independent third-party providers and contractors operating under agreement with our network.
Using our services
Your permission to use Yebo Now
As long as you comply with these terms, we grant you permission (a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license) to:
Download and use our applications on your personal devices to interact with our services.
Access, view, and purchase goods and services through the content, merchants, and logistics networks made available through our platforms.
Personal use only
Unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate written commercial agreement, this permission is strictly for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not transfer, sell, or sub-license your access to anyone else.
Our ownership and trademarks
Our services, platforms, and all associated rights remain the exclusive property of Yebo Now or our licensors. Using our platform does not grant you any ownership rights in our software, nor does it grant you any rights to use or reference our company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, or service marks in any manner. All rights not expressly granted to you in this document are strictly reserved.
What you cannot do
To protect our platform and the community of users, merchants, and logistics providers, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Modify our property: You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any part of our services.
Exploit the platform: You may not reproduce, lease, sell, broadcast, or otherwise commercially exploit our services unless we have given you explicit written permission.
Reverse-engineer: You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer our software, applications, or APIs.
Mirror or frame: You may not link to, mirror, or frame any portion of our services on other websites or applications.
Scrape or overload systems: You may not use automated programs, bots, or scripts to scrape, index, or data-mine our platform. You also may not launch any process that unduly burdens our servers or hinders the operation of our services.
Bypass security: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or impair any aspect of our systems, networks, or related infrastructure.
Bypass AI safety guardrails: You may not attempt to bypass, disrupt, or manipulate the safety guardrails of Basil AI or any of our automated features. You are strictly prohibited from executing adversarial prompting, prompt injection attacks, or attempting to extract underlying system instructions, logic, or proprietary data from our artificial intelligence models.
Third-party services and app stores
Our services may be accessed or integrated alongside third-party content and services (such as external payment gateways, advertising, or partner platforms) that we do not control. Yebo Now does not endorse and is not responsible for these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Additionally, if you access our services using an application developed for Apple iOS or Android, Apple Inc. and Google LLC are considered third-party beneficiaries to these terms. These companies are not parties to this contract and are not responsible for providing, supporting, or maintaining our services. Your access to our applications on these devices is also subject to the terms of service set by Apple and Google.
Artificial intelligence and automated features
Our platforms include features powered by artificial intelligence, including Basil AI, designed to help you discover products, personalize your experience, and assist with business operations.
When you interact with these AI tools, your use is governed by both these core terms and our Basil AI Additional Terms of Service. By using these features, you acknowledge that automated systems may process your queries and data to generate responses, and you agree to evaluate the accuracy and suitability of those outputs before relying on them.
Your content and our license to use it
Your content remains yours
When you upload, submit, or store content on Yebo Now, you retain all intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. Your content remains yours.
Permission to use your content
To operate our services, store your data securely, and display it on our platforms, we need your permission. By sharing content on Yebo Now, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to use it.
What this license allows us to do
This license allows Yebo Now to:
Host, reproduce, distribute, communicate, and use your content
Publish or publicly display your content, if you have made it visible to others
Modify and create derivative works based on your content
Sublicense these rights to our contractors and service providers who help us operate the platform.
Why we need this license
This license is for the limited purpose of operating and improving our services. This includes allowing the platform to work as designed, analyzing content for spam or fraud, and developing new features.
Duration and removal
This license lasts for as long as your content is protected by intellectual property rights. If you delete your content from our services, our systems will stop making that content publicly available in a reasonable amount of time. However, exceptions apply if you have already shared that content with others (like a public review that others have interacted with) or if the data is required for legal or transactional records.
Your Yebo Now account
Creating your account
To use our platforms, you’ll need to set up a Yebo Now profile. We ask that you provide accurate, up-to-date information—like your name, contact details, and payment info—and keep it current as things change. Because your account is personal to you, please ensure you are the one actually using it.
Protecting your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your account. To keep your information safe, we use password and email verification. If you ever suspect that your account, password, or payment details have been compromised, please contact us immediately so we can help protect you from unauthorized charges.
Keeping our ecosystem safe
To maintain a secure and trustworthy environment, we ask that you stick to one account. Using fake identities, masking programs, or creating multiple accounts to abuse our systems isn't allowed. If we notice fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account to protect our community.
Service messages
When you sign up, we may send you essential SMS messages, like One-Time PINs (OTPs) to verify your identity or updates about our services. You can opt out of these messages at any time, but keep in mind that doing so might impact how well the app works for you.
Your privacy and data
Your privacy is built into everything we do. We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. To actually provide the services you request, we do need to share a limited amount of information with the specific merchants, businesses, or logistics providers you interact with—but we only ever share exactly what they need to get the job done.
Inactive Accounts and Deceased Users
To maintain platform security, optimize performance, and comply with data minimization principles, we reserve the right to close your account and permanently delete your associated data if you do not log in or use our services for a continuous period of 24 months. We will provide advance notice to your registered email address before taking this action.
In the event of a user's death, Yebo Now prioritizes the privacy of the deceased. We will not grant account access, transfer credentials, or provide user content to third parties. However, verified immediate family members or authorized legal representatives may contact our support team to request the immediate and permanent deletion of the deceased user's account and associated data.
Paying for services
Using the platform & Our role
Downloading and browsing our apps is completely free. When you make a purchase, book a service, or request a delivery, we act strictly as the payment collection agent for the third-party logistics provider, merchant, or service provider. You are responsible for the cost of the goods, services, or appointments you book. Your total charges may include processing fees, platform fees, delivery fees, and applicable taxes such as value-added tax (VAT). We will always do our best to make any costs clear to you before you finalize a purchase, delivery, or booking.
Pricing, surge, and tipping
We may update our service fees and change prices at any time. You will also notice that we utilize surge pricing, meaning fees may increase during periods of high demand. Tips are completely voluntary and are never automatically included in your total checkout price. Any gratuity you choose to add goes directly to the logistics provider or service provider.
Cancellations and refunds
Our platform fees and any delivery fees paid to logistics providers or merchants are strictly non-refundable. When you purchase from a merchant on the platform or book a service, the refund policy is entirely dependent on that specific business's refund policy, and final approval rests with the individual merchant. While you can request refunds directly through our platform, they decide the outcome and may ask you to provide supporting details or photos to help them review your request. To be eligible for a cancellation on a delivery order, you must cancel before a logistics provider accepts the delivery request, or before a logistics provider is dispatched if the merchant is using their own fleet.
Promotional codes and discounts
We may occasionally offer promotional codes that can be applied toward purchases on the platform. These codes hold no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are subject to specific expiration dates and conditions. Yebo Now reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke any promotional code at any time if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
We offer optional monthly subscription packages to enhance your experience. If you choose to subscribe, you'll be billed upfront, and your package will renew automatically. You are always in control and can cancel your subscription at any time. If we ever need to change the price of your subscription, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice.
Managing your charges
You are responsible for all activity and charges tied to your account. To help you keep track, we will always provide an invoice for your payments.
Yebo Life Health and Rewards
We love rewarding our users, so we may occasionally offer promotional codes, discounts, or special benefits through the Yebo Life Health and Rewards program. These perks are meant just for you to use on our platform—they cannot be transferred, duplicated, abused, or exchanged for cash. If we find that a reward was used incorrectly, fraudulently, or against these rules, we reserve the right to remove or reverse the benefit.
Payment issues
Your ability to make purchases is subject to any limits set by your bank or card issuer. If a charge to your payment method fails or is returned for any reason (like a chargeback), we may need to suspend or close your account to protect the platform.
Feedback and ratings
Improving your experience
To help improve the quality of our Services, we may ask you to rate your experience. These ratings help us ensure that the Platform remains reliable for everyone.
What you can rate
You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on several factors, including:
Merchants and Businesses: Product satisfaction, service quality, and overall experience.
Logistics providers: Delivery speed and professionalism.
Devices and internet access
What you need
To use our services, you will need a compatible device and a working internet connection. You are responsible for providing your own equipment, as well as paying any internet or mobile data fees charged by your network provider.
Compatibility
While we strive to support a wide range of technology, we cannot guarantee that the platform will function on every piece of hardware, mobile device, or operating system.
Device and telecommunications compliance
When accessing our platforms, you are responsible for ensuring that your devices, SIM cards, and network connections comply with all applicable local telecommunications laws. If you are using our services in South Africa, you confirm that your electronic devices comply with the Regulation of Interception of Communications Act (RICA) and the Electronic Communications Act (ECA). Yebo Now is not liable for any legal issues or penalties arising from your use of non-compliant hardware or networks.
App updates and availability
Improving our services
We are constantly changing and improving our platforms. To ensure you have the best and most secure experience, we may regularly update our applications.
Keeping your app updated
To continue using our services, you may be required to download and install the latest versions of our apps. Depending on your device settings, these updates may happen automatically. If you choose not to install updates, you may lose access to certain features or the platform entirely.
Service availability
We strive to keep our platforms accessible and running smoothly. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. From time to time, we may need to temporarily pause access to perform routine maintenance, implement upgrades, or fix technical issues.
Changes to features
As our platforms evolve, we may add new features, modify existing ones, or remove certain functionality altogether. We reserve the right to make these changes, or to suspend or stop a service entirely, at any time.
Suspending or terminating your access
We want our platforms to be a safe and reliable environment for everyone. We reserve the right to suspend or completely stop providing our services to you if we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms or our policies.
Taking this action does not limit any other legal rights or remedies we may have to protect our business or our users.
Communications and third-party content
Communicating with us
When you send us a message or email, it is considered received only when we acknowledge or respond to it. Messages we send to you are considered received the moment they reach your email inbox.
Please keep in mind that internet communications are not always fully secure and can be lost or intercepted. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the safety of messages sent online. Additionally, we will not respond to—and may take action against—any communications that are abusive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal.
Links to other websites
Our platform may display links to third-party websites. We do not own, control, or endorse these external sites, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or services.
If you choose to visit these other sites, you do so at your own risk and will be subject to their specific terms and policies. If you are the rightful owner of any third-party content showcased on our platform and wish to have it removed, please contact our support team.
Advertising and sponsorships
You may see advertising or sponsored content on our platform. The advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring that their materials are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, Yebo Now assumes no liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or issues found in third-party advertising material.
Your content and our content
Your content
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit, upload, or provide to our platforms. By sharing your content with us, you grant Yebo Now a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content strictly for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Our content
Yebo Now and our partners retain all intellectual property rights in our platforms and services. This includes our underlying software code, website and app layouts, text, graphics, audio, video, and all brand elements, including logos and trademarks.
Using our platforms
As long as you comply with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use our platforms on your devices. This license is solely for enabling you to use our services as intended.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or our underlying software.
Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our explicit written permission.
Alter or remove any copyright or proprietary notices included in our services.
Third-party content
Our platforms may include intellectual property or content licensed from third parties. Your use of this third-party content is subject to the terms and conditions set by those respective owners.
Updates to content
We reserve the right to improve, change, or remove any of our platform content, graphics, or intellectual property at any time without notice. However, any business transactions or bookings already concluded will not be affected by these changes.
Disclaimers and limitations of liability
How we provide our services
We provide our platforms and services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However, there are certain things we do not promise.
To the extent permitted by law, Yebo Now provides the platform and all related services "as is" and "as available." We do not make any specific promises or warranties, whether express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, quality, or availability of the services or the products purchased through them.
Independent merchants and logistics providers
Merchants and logistics providers operating on the platform are independent third parties and are not employed by Yebo Now. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, or ability of the services or deliveries they provide. When you choose to interact with merchants or logistics providers through our platforms, you assume the risk associated with those services.
Furthermore, any opinions or information shared by users on the platform belong solely to those users. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
Platform security
While we take reasonable security measures to keep the platform safe, we cannot guarantee that your access will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. We also cannot promise that the platform will always be free of bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. You are responsible for taking your own precautions to protect your devices and data.
Liability and indemnification
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yebo Now, along with its directors, employees, and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.
This comprehensive limitation includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, lost revenues, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to or resulting from:
Your use of, reliance on, or inability to access the platform
Any transactions, relationships, or services facilitated between you and any third-party merchant, logistics provider, or provider.
Any information or content made available on the platform.
Any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond Yebo Now's reasonable control.
Disclaimer regarding third-party services
You may use our platform to request and schedule logistics, or goods from independent third-party providers. However, you agree that Yebo Now holds no responsibility or liability to you regarding the actual delivery of those goods, or logistics services provided by these third parties. You also acknowledge that certain third-party providers offering peer-to-peer services may not be professionally licensed or permitted.
Liability cap
In no event will Yebo Now’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the total amount of eight thousand South African Rands (R8000.00). The limitations and disclaimers outlined in this section do not intend to limit liability or alter any of your statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
If you use our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Yebo Now, its employees, and its partners harmless from any legal claims, proceedings, or demands (including reasonable legal fees and tracing costs) made by any third party, except to the extent such claims, proceedings, or demands are caused by Yebo Now's own breach of these terms, negligence, or willful misconduct.
This applies to claims arising out of:
Your use of the platform and services.
Any transactions you conclude through the platform.
Your violation of these terms.
This indemnification obligation will continue to apply even if you stop using our services or your account is terminated.
Resolving disputes
Trying to work it out first
If an issue or disagreement arises regarding our platforms or services, we want to resolve it fairly and amicably. Before taking any formal action, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation, keeping the best interests of everyone in mind.
If we cannot reach an agreement on our own, we may agree to bring in an independent industry expert to mediate the discussion and help us find a solution.
Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be resolved through binding and confidential arbitration, conducted under the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). The arbitrator will be selected by mutual agreement of both parties. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 21 days of arbitration being invoked, the arbitrator will be appointed by AFSA in accordance with its standard appointment procedure.
Governing law and courts
These terms, and any disputes related to them, are governed by South African law. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate South African courts. You also retain the right to seek assistance from any applicable legislative tribunal or ombud allowed by law.
Keeping disputes confidential
We aim to handle disputes discreetly and ask that you do the same while a dispute is being actively resolved through the process described above. This does not restrict your right to leave an honest review, report a safety or legal concern to a regulator or authority, or discuss your experience with the platform in good faith. Confidential information exchanged specifically during mediation or arbitration (such as settlement offers) should not be shared publicly by either party.
Class-Action Waiver
You agree that any disputes, claims, or arbitration proceedings against Yebo Now will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You explicitly waive the right to bring, participate in, or consolidate claims within any class action, collective lawsuit, or representative proceeding against the platform.
30-Day right to opt out
You have the right to opt out of the binding arbitration and class-action waiver provisions outlined in this section. To exercise this right, you must notify Yebo Now in writing within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms of Service or registered your account. Your written notification must be sent to support@yebonow.com and must include your full name, the email address and phone number associated with your Yebo Now profile, and a clear, explicit statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement. If you opt out of this specific arbitration provision, all other parts of these Terms of Service will continue to apply to you. If you do not opt out within the 30-day window, you agree to be bound by the arbitration and class-action waiver provisions moving forward.
Disputes with businesses or logistics providers
Your relationships with others
Because your transactions and bookings are directly with the businesses (Merchants) or Logistics Providers on our platform, any disagreements that arise are strictly between you and them. Yebo Now provides the software to connect you, but we are not a party to your private transactions and are not responsible for mediating or resolving these disputes.
Working things out
If an issue occurs, we expect all users to work together to resolve it fairly and amicably. You should aim to find a mutually beneficial solution based on any specific terms or agreements you have established with each other.
Keeping us in the loop
Even though we are not directly involved, you must inform us if a serious dispute arises. We log these reports to help us monitor the quality and safety of our platforms. While we are under no obligation to intervene, we may review the situation and try to assist both parties in finding a solution if we feel it is appropriate to do so.
Ending your relationship with us
How you can stop using our services
You can stop using Yebo Now at any time. Simply ending your use of our platforms terminates your agreement to these terms. Please note that stopping your use of the services does not erase or affect any legal rights, obligations, or liabilities that were already established before you left.
When we may terminate your access
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or completely terminate your access to our platforms if you violate these terms. We may also choose to stop providing our services to you for any other reason, provided we give you reasonable advance notice. This action is in addition to any other legal rights we may hold.
What happens to your account
If your agreement with us is terminated—whether by you or by us—we will remove your access to the platform and delete your profile in accordance with our standard data retention policies.
Legal notices and contact information
Where to send legal notices
If you need to send us a formal legal notice or serve any process, please direct it to support@yebonow.com.
When we need to send you a formal notice, we will use the email address, mobile number, or physical address you provided when setting up your account.
Updating your information
Either of us can change our designated contact address by sending a written update to the other. Please note that any new physical address cannot be a P.O. Box, and the updated address will only become legally effective 14 days after the notice is received.
Actual receipt
Regardless of the specific rules above, if either party actually receives a written formal notice in English, it will be considered validly given and received.
Getting help and support
Contacting us
If you have any questions, issues, or complaints, we are here to help. Please reach out to our team directly by using the support and contact features built into the platforms.
General terms
Our relationship
These terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between us. Yebo Now provides the software platform as a service. Any business engagements, transactions, or bookings you facilitate with other users through the platform are strictly private agreements between you and them.
Things outside our control
Neither of us will be held responsible for a delay or failure to perform our obligations if it is caused by events completely outside our reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, pandemics, electrical load-shedding or power surges, civil unrest, or government restrictions. In these situations, both parties agree to do their best to minimize any delays.
Transfer of rights and business changes
We may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these terms to another entity at any time without requiring additional consent from you. This includes transfers related to a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or the sale of Yebo Now’s assets. Because your account and permissions are personal to you, you may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else without our prior written consent.
Updates to these terms
We may update or amend these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will publish the revised version on our platforms. By continuing to access or use Yebo Now after we post the updates, you agree to the new terms. Please check back periodically to make sure you are aware of any changes.
Enforcing our rights
If you violate these terms and we do not take immediate action, it does not mean we are giving up any of our rights. We still retain the right to take action in the future.
Legal costs
If you fail to make payments on time or breach this agreement, you will be responsible for covering all legal fees and collection costs we incur while resolving the issue or recovering the funds.
How to read these terms
The headings in this document are for convenience only and do not affect the legal interpretation of the text. If any specific clause in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable—including under any consumer protection laws—that specific part will be removed or ignored, but the rest of the agreement will remain in full force and effect. As a reminder, your use of our platforms is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Payment failures and breaches
Covering recovery costs
If you fail to pay any amounts owed on time, or if you violate these terms, you will be responsible for reimbursing Yebo Now for the costs we incur to resolve the issue. This includes fully covering all of our legal fees, attorney costs, and any collection expenses required to recover the funds or address the breach.
